All admissions and discharges must be done during the hours when our front office is staffed.
Our front office is closed for all major holidays.
Owners must have written proof showing that their pet’s vaccination are current.
Dogs must have current rabies, distemper, influenza and bordetella vaccinations (bordetella must be done within 6 months of boarding date).
Cats must have current rabies and distemper/upper-respiratory vaccinations. We must receive vaccination records at least 3 days prior to your boarding appointment. Owners may have Vaccine records faxed to us at 215-233-3676.
Our kennel is composed of both runs and cages. Runs are used for large dogs. There are several different sized cages, to accommodate medium and smaller animals. When possible, we provide a separate, quiet cat ward.
All dogs are walked outside at least 3 times daily.
Our surgery cages are used for boarding animals that need to be monitored for medical reasons during their stay (diabetics for example).
Veterinary services (physicals, vaccines, dentistry, surgery, etc.) can be provided during the pet’s stay. Please schedule these services in advance of dropping off your pet.
For your convenience, you may print the Boarding Form ahead of time to fill out and bring with you.
